Kenya Police had qualified for the semifinal of the 8-team tournament after finishing second in Group A with four points.
The 2023-24 FKF Women Premier League started the tournament with a 0-0 draw against Yei joint Stars of South Sudan before defeating Rwanda’s Rayon Sports 1-0 in their second match.
Their third match did not go according to plan as they lost 2-1 to CBE of the host nation. Despite that loss, Kenya Police had already done enough to qualify for the semifinal.
Bullets will now wait for the result of the second semifinal pitting CBE of Ethiopia and Kawempe of Uganda to know their opponents for the final.
